This license was first granted to British Gate LLC that operates an English kindergarten in Prague 4 – Kunratice from May 2007. This company opened its second branch inJune 2008 in Liberec.
The franchisor provides the franchisee the right to use his business name, verbal trademark, combination trademark, visual and verbal graphic trademark etc. further then complete documentation of provided know-how, so-called Conception of Development. This document governs all situations, which can arise before the start of school attendance or in the course of it. A very essential part in the Conception of Development is personal question support, including training, qualification improvement in the form of passing various training and courses (e.g. first-aid course, swimming instructor course etc.).
